煤基活性炭微波加热酸碱脱灰的研究

摘    要:本文选择典型的无烟煤基活性炭(TX-AC)和烟煤基活性炭(XP-AC)为研究对象,采用常规加热酸碱法和微波加热酸碱法进行活性炭脱灰的研究。结果表明,微波加热较常规加热耗时少,处理后样品碘吸附值、亚甲基蓝值高于常规法;TX-AC微波脱灰处理后的BET比表面积由621m~2/g增大到810.1m~2/g,平均孔径由2.19nm增大到2.818nm,XP-AC微波处理后的平均孔径由2.17nm增大到3.064nm。

Abstract:Two typical commercial activated carbons TX-AC and XP-AC made from anthracite and bituminous coal, representatively, are treated by acid and alkali washing under conventional heating or microwave heating The results show that microwave heating is less time-consuming than conventional heating. The adsorption capacity of samples treated with microwave heating acid and alkali treatments for iodine and methylene blue is higher than that of samples treated with conventional heating; The BET specific area of TX-AC treated with microwave ash removing increase from 621 m~2/g to 810.1 m~2/g, the average pore size increase from 2.19 nm to 2.818 nm, meanwhile the average pore size of XP-AC treated with microwave increase from 2.17 nm to 3.064 nm.
