摘    要:在对某火箭发动机氢、氧涡轮泵支撑结构进行有限元分析的同时,对该结构进行了力学理论探讨.通过力学等效原理,将难以给定边界条件的温度计算模型转化为便于给定边界条件的摩擦力的计算模型;用简单的梁单元模型模拟了实际结构中复杂的内部连接关系,并对采用梁单元可能造成的误差进行了分析;应用该力学等效分析模型,解释了氢泵涡轮外壳体设计存在的不足。

Abstract:Based on finite element analysis and the principle of mechanical equivalence, the supporting structures for the hydrogen and oxygen turbine pumps of a rocket engine were analyzed. By the principle of mechanical equivalence, a complex temperature model of FEM for which boundary conditions are difficult to be confirmed is transformed to a simple friction FE model. The complex inner structures of the rocket engine are simulated using the simple beam element, and the possible error is studied. Applying a mechanical equivalent model, the highly stressed region in the hydrogen turbine pump's body is analysed. Finally, mechanical equivalent analysis on the hydrogen turbine pump's body indicates the deficiency in its structural design.
