支持公理设计的产品符号语义模型

摘    要:通过对产品功能和结构信息的多样性及相似性分析提出了符号单元的概念。将符号学方法与产品设计的公理与过程相结合,借助符号单元所具有的形状载体作用及其富有的高层次工程语义来实现产品模型的高层功能描述与低层几何表示的统一;给出了覆盖实例对象和类对象的统一的符号对象数据模型,并与语义相结合来描述符号对象及其之间的相互关系,实现了对符号单元抽象化与形式化表达。实例研究结果表明,该设计方法使设计者可以更直观自然地在高层次的语义层表达设计意图,并且实现了对产品公理设计的支持。

Abstract:The diversity of product function and structure information was quantified in a symbolic unit.The product design characteristics,geometric characteristics and functional characteristics of each product model are integrated into a symbolic unit with the aid of the shape carrier effect and engineering semantics.The unified symbolic object data model for instance objects and class objects is presented in this paper and with the semantics,symbol units and their relationships to describe the formalization of the abstract representation of the symbol unit.Tests indicate that this method could help designers express product design information more naturally and accurately apart from high-level semantics for product axiomatic design.
