| 摘 要： | 大众文化是为一般人们信奉和接受的文化，在发展过程中依靠于政府的引导和控制，才能健康向上地发展．而体育文化作为政府引导和控制大众文化过程中的一个重要措施和手段，凭借自身的文化的积极作用，在这个引导和控制过程中，发挥了不可缺少的作用．本文就体育文化的积极性，论述了体育文化在这个引导和控制过程中的作用．

| Abstract: | Mass culture is a culture kelieued in and accepted by the average people.It depends on the guidance and control of the govemment for its healthy develogment.On the other hand,sports culture,as an important measure in this effort,plays an indispensible role in the guiding and controlling process.This paper expounds on the roles of sports culture in the process by focusing on the iactiveness of sports culture. |
