二年制足球选项课教学的实验研究

摘    要:通过二年制足球选项课的教学实践及实验研究,证明学生的身体机能、身体素质、基本技术、基本战术等方面较一年制足球选项课都有不同程度的提高.为学生提供了发展不同气质、性格、情趣、理想的良好机会.在教育思想和教学方法方面,取得了开拓性的进展,为培养21世纪合格的高素质人才提供了科学的依据,对普通高等学校的体育教学改革具有指导意义。

Abstract:Through teaching and study on the Four-Semester-Acdemic year Football as an Elective Course,We found students proved to de a lot on their body function character, basic tacties and skills, Compared with the Two-Semester-Acdemic year, the Four-Semester-Acdemic year proves to be more produtive Such a system offers oppertunity for students to deverlop their respective temperaments and interest, character and ideals. We achieved a great development in teaching thorght and method,which provides screntifie basis for cultivating high qualified talents in the new century, and also is of great signficance in guiding the reform in D. E teaching in colleges.
