环酯红霉素片溶出度测定方法研究

摘    要:以磷酸盐缓冲液(pH6.8)为溶出介质,利用紫外分光光度法测定,建立环酯红霉素片溶出度的测定方法.实验结果表明,环酯红霉素在24.08—48.16μg·mL-1的浓度范围内线性关系良好,该方法可用于完善环酯红霉素片的质量标准.

Abstract:Taking phosphate buffer(pH6.8) as dissolution medium and using UV-spectmphotometric meth- od for determination, we establish the determination method for dissolution of erythromycin cyclic 11,12- carbonate tablets. The experimental result shows that the linear feature of erythmmycin cyclic 11,12-car- bonate is good within the density range 24.08-48.16/ag-mL-1 ,and this method can be used to improve the quality standard of erythromycin cyclic 11,12-carbonate tablets.
