| 摘 要： | 健康老龄化观念日益受到国际社会的关注，实现健康老龄化需要社会各方面协调一致的努力。也需要老年人的积极参与。笔者选取高校中的高知老年人群体，根据相关调研和工作实践，认为在高校离退休的高知群体中，应大力倡导体育生活化，以调整他们=长期以来精神劳动给身体健康带来的负面影响，拥有高质量的晚年生活。
