空调实验室制冷系统的设计

摘    要:为测试空调实验室风机盘管的性能,对制冷机间歇工作、冷热水掺混、变频工作等3种制冷系统进行对比分析,选择并设计了变频控制制冷系统(采用DDC控制系统),以满足空调实验室风机盘管对水温恒定的要求,进而满足测试风机盘管性能的实验条件。同时在实验室不工作的时间段,可给计算机房提供相应冷源。暑期通过实际测试验证了采用变频控制制冷系统的空调实验室可提供给风机盘管5~11℃的冷冻水,满足实验要求。

Abstract:In order to test the performance of fan coil units for the air conditioning laboratory ,three re-frigeration systems (Refrigerating machine working break ,hot and cold water mixing intermittent ,fre-quency conversion circuit ) were compared .Refrigeration system (taking use of the DDC control system ) of variable frequency control is selected and designed ,to meet the requirements of the air-conditioning laboratory fan coil for termostatled water ,and adapt to the experimental conditions of the tested fan coil performance .Meanwhile ,at non-working time in the laboratory ,the refrigeration system can provide low-temperature resource to the computer room .Through the actual test ,it is verified that the frequency conversion of refrigeration system can provide the fan coil with 5~11℃ frozen water for the air-condi-tioning laboratory ,to meet the test requirements .
