湿帘降温系统在陕西某温室的降温特性

摘    要:为了研究陕西地区现代农业温室的降温特性,通过测试陕西省富平一栋采用湿帘-风机降温系统的温室室内温度、湿度,研究其湿帘降温效果、系统特性、温室的温度空间分布等.通过理论计算与实际测试对比,分析了循环水温对湿帘蒸发冷却效率的影响,验证了高温、低湿气候条件下湿帘-风机这一降温系统的实际降温效果.试验结果表明,温室1m高处平均降温6.7℃,最高降温9.2℃,湿帘蒸发冷却效率高达90.3%,当低于空气湿球温度的循环水时,能够提高湿帘的蒸发冷却效率.

Abstract:In order to study cooling characteristic of modern greenhouse ,the temperature and humidity of a green-house equipped with cooling pad-fan system in Fuping county were tested ,and cooling effects ,systemic character-istics ,theoretic temperature distributions were researched .The effect of temperature of circulating water on the efficiency of evaporative cooling is analyzed by theoretical calculation and practical test .T he result show s that the average temperature dropped 6.7℃ at 1 metre high in the greenhouse ,the evaporative cooling efficiency can be as high as 90.3% .The efficiency of evaporative cooling is improved by the circulating water′s temperature that is below w et bulb temperature of air .
