一种基于MCU的便携式粮食水分检测仪的设计

摘    要:为了准确测量粮食含水量,设计了一种基于 MCU 的电容式粮食水分检测仪。以 AT-M EG A128为主控制芯片,利用555振荡电路设计系统的硬件结构,并将测量结果于12864液晶屏中显示。实验结果表明,该水分检测仪能检测水分值在13%~25%的粮食,检测速度快,测量结果准确,能适应各种环境的要求。

Abstract:In order to measure the moisture content of grain ,a capacitive type grain moisture tester based on MCU is designed .The hardware stucture is based on 555 oscillation circuit system and ATMEGA128 is selected as the major controlling chip .The result is displayed on 12864 LCD panel .The experimental results show that it can test the grain whose moisture content is between 13% ~25% .The tester works fast ,the result of the measurement is precise ,and it can adapt to different environment .Through the new method ,an accurate and high speed online measurement scheme was put forward .
