数学教师继续教育课程建设相关因素分析

摘    要:基于我国新一轮基础教育数学课程改革的背景,以课程论的相关理论为指导,着重从中学数学教师继续教育的性质与目标、21世纪需要的中学数学教师素质结构、中学数学教师的认知结构特点、初等数学与高等数学的关系几方面对中学数学教师继续教育课程建设的相关因素进行了分析,并由此得出了新课改下中学数学教师继续教育课程建设的几点启示.

Abstract:On the background of a new round of reform for mathematics curriculum in primary education, and guided by the related curriculum theory, by probing into the nature and aim of further education for middle school mathematics teachers, the quality required for middle school mathematics teachers in 21st century, the characteristics of middle school mathematics teachers cognitive structure, and the relationship between elementary mathematics and higher mathematics, this thesis analyses some relative factors of constructing further educational curriculum system for middle school mathematics teachers and gives some enlightenments for further education courses for middle school mathematics teachers.
