| Abstract: | For all the logistics service providers, building Intelligence Decision Support System (IDSS) is the key problem. Considering the features of the delivery system for B2C E Commerce based on public traffic, the article puts forward a mathematics model of multi objective decision making and the solution in detail for the IDSS of this distribution pattern. |
