| 摘 要： | 海洋在地球生态系统中的重要位置以及人类历史活动道路的"路径锁定"性等决定了我们应慎重选择海洋技术创新模式,实现海洋技术创新的生态化。要实现海洋技术创新的生态化转向,必须在扬弃传统技术创新模式的基础上,坚持平衡好创新主体的"理性生态"、合理使用和保护海洋、倡导海洋消费的生态化等原则。

| Abstract: | The important position played by the ocean in the ecological system of the earth and the pre-determined path of human development determine that we should be cautious in the choice of the innovation mode of the marine techniques to realize the ecologicalization of the marine technical innovation.In order to realize the ecologicalization of the marine technical innovation,we should,on the basis of learning from the innovation modes of the traditional techniques,adhere to the principles of a good balance of reasonable ecology of the main body of innovation,reasonable utilization and protection of the marine ＂yong＂,advocating the ecological state of the marine consumption. |
