| 摘 要： | 本文对水稻和稗属植物光呼吸特性进行了比较研究。结果表明:稗属植物乙醇酸氧化酶活性较低,净光合速率较高,同室效应筛选时对低浓度CO_2的耐受力强,具有C_4植物的特点,属于低光呼吸高光效植物。可望作为选育低光呼吸植物的原始材料。

| Abstract: | This paper deals with the comparisons of the characteristics of photorespiration betweenrice and Echinochloa.The results are:as compared with rice,the activity of glycollic acid oxidase ofEchinochloa species is lower;net photosyhthetic rate is higher;in a condition of low concentration ofCO_2 alive duration of endurance was outstandingly long in the same scaled chamber culture.Echinochloaspecies has characteristics of lower photorespiration and higher photosynthetic rate in C_4plants. |
