| 摘 要： | 案例教学法是对传统财务管理教学方法的一种挑战．它既可以培养学生分析问题和解决问题的能力，又能提高学生学习的积极性和主动性；增强师生互动．要运用好案例教学法，必须正确处理案例教学与其它教学手段和方法的关系，灵活掌握案例教学的技巧．

| Abstract: | Case teaching is an effective improvement to the traditional financial management teaching style ,which can not cultivate students, abilities to analyze and solve problem, but also arouse their enthusiasm and initiatives. The method will strengthen the mutual activeties between the teacher and students. In oder to make good use of case teaching ,the relationship between the case teaching and the traditional teaching should be well arranged, freely grasping the techniques of the method is necessary. |
