| Abstract: | The age of the staffs is a public and objective data.In the management of the personnel affairs of an enterprise,we should not only pay attention to the relationship between physical labor,mental labor and age,but also consider the influence of age on creativity.By analyzing their relationships and finding the regularity in between,we can increase efficiently the achievement of the enterprise. |
