硫酸烧渣浸取实验研究

摘    要:以硫酸烧渣、废酸为原料制取硫酸铁。通过活化焙烧及硫酸浓度、固液比、浸取时间等关键工艺条件的研究,得到了最佳浸取条件,潭中铁浸取率达95%以上。

Abstract:This experiment is to make molysite sulphate from sulphuric acid residue and waste sulphuric acid. Through the research of such key technological conditions as activation roast, the sulphuric acid concentration, the solid-liquid rate, and the soak adoption time, the best soak adoption condition is achieved, and the soak adoption rate of iron reaches 95%.
