摘    要:选取了对赤霉素真菌3,2960菌株产赤霉素能力有影响的七个因素,即培养时间、培养温度、接种量、培养基的初始pH值,加入玉米淀粉的时间,加入玉米淀粉的量,取下牛皮纸通气的时间,进行六水平正交试验。其结果表明:培养温度对赤霉素含量影响最大,其它为次要因素,培养基的初始pH值最不重要。该试验找出了使赤霉素含量达最高时的培养条件。

Abstract:Seven factors which in fluence on the capability of producing gibberelic acid of strain3,2960 were chosen. They are culture time,culture temperature,amount of vaccination,prelimindrypH value of the culture medium , adding-time with corn starch, amcunt of corn starch added andventilation time without wrapping paper. Six-level orthogonal tests were made with these seven foc-tors, The results showed that among the seven selected factors which influence the production of gib-berellic acid of strain 3,2960,the calture temparatare was the most evident,while the others weresecondary,and the least important factor was the preliminary pH valac Of culture medium. The opti-mum ferment condition for producing the greatest amount of gibberellic acid of strain 3,2960 wasfound.
