一种低脉动度脉动发生机构的优化设计

摘    要:基于对心型低脉动度脉动式无级变速器的研究成果,提出一种用于此脉动式无级变速器的采用槽型凸轮连杆组合的脉动发生机构,详细阐述了其基本结构与工作原理,分析了该变速器的性能特征.系统研究了脉动发生机构的目标函数、设计变量和约束条件,建立其优化设计数学模型.利用Matlab的优化工具箱对其进行优化设计,得到了更加紧凑的参数设计,达到了优化设计的目的.

Abstract:According to the research achievements of in-line, low-impulsion impulse CVT (continuously variable transmission), and this paper puts forward a kind of groove cam-link mechanism as impulse mechanism, which applies to this kind of impulse CVT. This paper introduced its basic structure and working principle in detail,analyzes the major performance characteristics, every component"s optimization size was obtained by MATLAB program. The results show that the structure and operation performance of impulse CVT will be improved.
