动态全硫化热塑性弹性体EPDM/PP的织态结构与拉伸蠕变特性关系的研究

摘    要:本文选取当前具有代表性的动态全硫化热塑性弹性体EPDM/PP作为研究对象,用扫描电子显微镜、示差扫描量热法、X-射线衍射研究了它的织态结构,同时测定了它和PP、EPDM的拉伸蠕变特性。实验结果表明:在动态全硫化热塑性弹性体EPDM/PP中,EPDM与PP在亚微观水平上相容,但EPDM分子键没有穿入PP的晶格,PP的结晶度降低而晶型没有改变,EPDM形成分散相、PP形成连续相;EPDM/PP的拉伸蠕变特性受其PP连续相的影响。

Abstract:By the use of X-ray diffraction, differential scanning calorimetry, scanning electron microscopy and tensile creep test, the textile structure of EPDM/PP a typical thermoplastic elastomer prepared by complete dynamic vulcanization, and its tensile creep behavior were investigated. It was found tbat EPDM and PP were compatible in submicrostructure, but the crystallinity of PP in EPDM/PP complex was reduced, whereas the crystal form of PP was not changed due to the limitation of EPDM molecular chains penetrating through its crysta lattice. EPDM formed elastomeric particulate domains and PP formed matrix in EPDM/PP complex. It was clear that the tensile creep behavior of EPDM/PP was influenced by the PP matrix.
