| Abstract: | Introducing the pattern of people-oriented management to the management of libraries,the essay discusses from the two aspects of library internal management and service for the readers.It also stresses the system innovation in service conceptions,service for the readers,design of surroundings,documentary resources construction which can promote the harmonious development of the library. |
