摘    要:首先分析了用户平衡和随机用户平衡条件,并分别给出了对应的数学规划模型.然后根据在实际交通系统中,往往存在两大子系统:一是由个体出行者构成的满足用户平衡(UE)条件的子系统,另一子系统是基于随机用户平衡(SUE)的子系统.本文提出一种将UE和sUE结合的组合式用户平衡模型,给出了对角线算法,并对其收敛性进行分析,最后给出一个数值算例,说明该方法是有效的.

Abstract:This paper firstly analyzed the user equilibrium condition and stochastic user equilibrium condition, and gave the corresponding mathematical programming model. There was two traffic substance systems in practice:one was based on user equilibrium (UE), the other was based on stochastic user equilibrium(SUE). It proposed an equilibrium assignment model for user equilibrium combined with stochastic user equilibrium, gave the diagonal algorithm and analyzed the convergence. The numerical results showed that the algorithm was feasible and effective.
