| 摘 要： | 政治稳定是社会持续发展的必要条件，同时也是社会文明进步的重要标志。依法治国、实行法治已经成为实现现代社会政治稳定的必然诉求。政治稳定的法治诉求实质就是通过充分发挥法的功能和作用，以实现对政治稳定发展所必需的若干要素的有效维护，从而全方位地保障和支持政治的稳定态势。

On Law Demand of Steady Politics in Modern Society |

| Abstract: | The steady politics is an essential factor, with which the society develops continuously and an important sign of the progress of social civilization. To run and rule a country according to law has already become the inevitable demand to realize the steady politics of a modernized society. The law demand of steady politics, in essence, is to realize the effective maintenance of several essential elements for steady politics development by giving a full play to the law, so as to ensure and support a steady situation of politics omni - directionally. |
