| 摘 要： | 介绍了我国环境影响评价中公众参与的目的及其重要性，简述了我国公众参与的现状及存在的问题，并对公众参与的有效性进行了探讨，由此得出，在环境影响评价中通过信息收集与发布、科学的问卷设计、合理的反馈意见处理，可以真正发挥公众参与的有效性。
