东北地区人工湖泊浮游藻类变动与生物学评价

摘    要:
2003年3月-2004年2月调查研究了位于中国东北地区哈尔滨市平房区典型人工湖中3个采样站浮游藻类的群落变动状况、生态学特征及其与水质之间的关系.结果表明:水体中共涉及浮游藻类8门56属96种,其中,绿藻门所占种类最多,在整个周期中占绝对优势;各项生物学指标在整个周期内均呈波浪式变化,平均个体丰度在4个季节中的变化规律为秋季〉夏季〉春季〉冬季;聚类分析结果表明,样站2与3水质状况相近,而与样站1明显有别.

Abstract:
The paper reports the relationship between phytoplankton community and water quality of three sampling sites of an artificial lake in Harbin, Heilongjiang Province from March 2003 to February 2004. The result indentifies 8 phyla, 56 genera and 96 species of phytoplankton, among which Chlorophyta predominate. All kinds of biological index present undulate change throughout the annual cycle. In four seasons, individual abundance of autumn is the highest, next is summer, the third one is spring, and that of winter is lowest. Results of cluster analysis indicate that water quality of sampling site 3 is similar to that of sampling site 2, but conspicuously differs from that of sampling site 1.
