| 摘 要： | 针对“阳光体育运动”推进过程中出现的问题，在分析构建立体式“阳光体育运动”长效机制必要性的基础上，提出了其构建措施，并认为构建立体式“阳光体育运动”长效机制的核心是建立完善的制度机制，执行的关键是学校，有力的保障是财政支持，重要的辅助支持是家庭和社会。同时，认为开展“阳光体育运动”还要因时、因地制宜，灵活多变。

| Abstract: | We discussed the construction measures of three-dimensional ＂sunshine sports＂ based on the long-term mechanism construction analysis and problems during the further process And we considered that the construction core is complete institutional mechanisms, the executive key is school, the powerful guarantee is financial support and the significant ancillary supports are family and society. Meanwhile, the right time, adjust measures to local condi- tions and flexible adaptations are also important in the process of ＂sunshine sports＂. |
