| 摘 要： | 《著作权法》《信息网络传播权保护条例》《著作权集体管理条例》是与文献数字化与网络传播关系最为密切的版权法律和法规。分析了在这3个法律、法规框架下文献数字化与网络传播面临的挑战和机遇,提出了解决科技图书网络传播权问题的主要策略。

| Abstract: | Copyright Law,Regulations on the Protection of the Right to Network Dissemination of Information andCollective Management of Copyright Regulationsare the laws and regulations of copyright that are closely related to literatures’digitalization and network dissemination in China.This paper analyses the challenges and opportunities faced by literatures’digitalization and network dissemination under the framework of the three laws and regulations,and puts forward some main strategies for the right to network dissemination of sci-tech books. |
