基于工业园区发展的资源枯竭型城市转型研究——以甘肃省玉门市为例

可持续发展与转型是目前我国资源枯竭型城市面临的迫切问题。工业园区作为城市新的增长点，通过工业园区招商引资、培育产业集群、基础设施建设、循环生产等作用，将会有利地促进资源枯竭型城市转型。文章从经济、社会和生态三个维度探讨工业园区促进资源枯竭型城市转型，并以玉门经济开发区为例分析了工业园区对资源枯竭型城市转型的促进作用。以期丰富我国资源枯竭型城市转型的研究，并为其他的资源枯竭型城市转型实践提供一些思路和启示。

Transformation of resource-exhausted cities based on the development of industrial parks..A case study of Yumen City of Gansu Province

Sustainable development and transformation are urgent problems for resource-exhausted cities in our country.As a new growth point,industrial parks can attract investment,cultivate industrial groups,and improve infrastructure construction and the cycling of production,which will be beneficial to the transformation of resource-exhausted cities.From the economic,social and ecological aspects,this article discusses the effect of industrial parks on the transformation of resource-exhausted cities.We made Yumen Economic Development Zone as an example to analyze the effect in order to enrich the studies of China’s transformation of resource-exhausted cities and to provide some advice and enlightenment for the reforming practice of other resource-exhausted cities.
