稀土催化乙酸乙酯合成反应

摘    要:研究了3种四价铈化合物和3种三价铈化合物催化乙酸和乙醇合成乙酸乙酯反应的性能,发现阴离子配体对铈化合物催化活性有很大影响。催化活性顺序为:CeCl3>Ce(NO3)3>(NH4)2Ce(NO3)6>Ce(SO4)2。Ce(acac)4和Ce(acac)3则完全没有催化活性。研究了LnCl3中稀土元素对催化活性的影响,催化活性顺序为:Yb>Sm>Ce>La。YbCl3作催化剂活性较高,催化剂具有较好的重复使用性,实验过程无毒、无污染,是理想的绿色催化剂。

Abstract:The synthesis of ethyl acetate from alcohol and acetic acid has been studied with rare earth compounds as catalysts.Three tetravalent cerium compounds and three trivalent cerium compounds were selected as the catalysts.It is found that the anionic ligand has great influence upon the catalytic activity of the cerium compounds.The catalytic activity decreases in the order: CeCl3>Ce(NO3)3>(NH4)2Ce(NO3)6>Ce(SO4)2.Neither tetravalent Ce(acac)4 nor trivalent Ce(acac)3 displays their catalytic activities.For LnCl3,the rare earth element also influences the catalytic activity that decreases in the order: Yb>Sm>Ce>La.YbCl3 shows good catalytic activity for the reaction and is reusable.The catalytic process is non-toxic and non-polluting.Hence YbCl3 is an ideal green catalyst.
