高纯度芦丁的制备实验研究

摘    要:目的:从槐米药材中分离制备高纯度芦丁。方法:采用碱提酸沉法,从槐米中提取得到芦丁粗品,先后采用溶剂纯化法和聚酰胺柱色谱法对芦丁粗品进行纯化从而制得高纯度的芦丁。结果:经薄层色谱法鉴定芦丁纯化品与芦丁标品图谱一致,经高效液相色谱法测定其含量为98.96%。结论:此实验方法简便易行,所得芦丁纯度高。

Abstract:Objective: To establish a method to isolate and prepare high-purity rutin from Flos Sopho- ra. Methods: Extracted rutin from the bud of Sophora japonica by alkali extraction- acid precipitation method, and then the refined Rutin was obtained by solvent extraction and the column chromatography of polyamide. Result: identified by TLC, the results showed that the chart of the sample of rutin and the chart of standard substance were unanimous, the mean content was 98.96% by HPLC. Conclu- sion: This way of preparing rutin in the lab is simple and practical. The products are very pure.
