摘    要:为研究无动力船舶锚泊在灾害天气下抵抗较强干涉力(风、流、浪)作用下产生能使其发生走锚的载荷,利用分离型建模方法,并通过各工况下受力分析,利用Matlab进行模拟计算,得出风力超过8 m/s、λ/L大于0.7、联合作用载荷超过3.7×104kg就要进行撤离行动,可为船舶抗灾工作人员、相关管理者、船员等提供参考。

Abstract:Unpowered vessel mooring,when resisting strong interference forces in disaster weather (wind,current and wave),will generate loads that lead to dragging anchor.In order to study the loads,separated modeling method is applied.Through the force analysis under every working condition,matlab is used to conduct simulation calculation.The result is: when the wind force is over 8 m/s,λ/L over 0.7 or combined action (wind,current and wave) over 3.7×104 kg,the ship should be evacuated.This result can be taken as a reference by disaster-relief staff,administrators concerned and crew.
