特大跨径钢管混凝土拱桥拱肋吊装期间非线性影响分析

摘    要:特大跨径钢管混凝土拱桥拱肋在吊装过程通常中有铰结和固结两种边界条件,为了分析非线性对特大跨径钢管混凝土拱桥拱肋吊装期间线形影响,对拱肋吊装不同阶段的受力特性进行了研究;推导了在不同结构体系下拱肋线形计算公式。研究发现:拱肋在固结状态时,非线性因素对拱肋线形影响较小;在拱脚铰结状态时,非线性因素对拱肋线形影响较大。产生这种现象的原因是由于几何非线性影响,导致扣索作用在拱肋上力的角度不同;而拱肋处于不同结构体系时,对这种变化敏感度差异较大。最后通过对波司登大桥的计算与工程实践,对这种现象以及产生原因进行了验证。

Abstract:Rib of large span Concrete Filled Steel Tubular arch bridge(CFST)survive hinge and consolidation boundary in the process of arch rib hoisting,inSorder to analyze the nonlinear effects of CFST arch bridge during arch rib hoisting,mechanical characteristics of arch rib hoisting at different stages were studied,arch rib line shape formula of arch rib was derived under different architecture. The studies found that nonlinear factors have little effects on arch rib line shape when arch rib is on consolidated state and nonlinear factors have big effects on arch rib line shape when arch rib is on hinge state. The reason for thisSphenomenon is thatSdue to theSgeometric nonlinearSeffects which leadSbuckle cable bringSdifferent angel of cable force onSarch rib.WhileSarch ribSis in differentSstructural systems,Sthe sensitivity ofSthis changeSare quite different. Finally, through the computing and engineering practice of Bosideng bridge , this phenomenon and the causes were verified.
