模具材料DT-40钢结硬质合金的工艺与性能

摘    要:对新型工模具材料DT-40钢结合金的热处理工艺及力学性能作了研究,试验结果表明此类合金具有广泛的可热处理性,DT-40合金具有极高的淬火硬度(68HRC以上)及明显高于粘结相钢基体的抗回火性能,其压缩屈服极限与洛氏硬度之间存在着良好的线性关系.DT-40材料能大幅度提高冲裁模具寿命.

Abstract:The heat treating processes and mechanical properties of a new die materialDT-40 made of steel bonded carbide,are investigated.Experimental results show that thiskind of alloy is easy to be heat treated to a large extent,resulting in extremely high hardness(over 68 HRC)and tempering resistence comparing to the material with bonded-phase steelmatrix.It is also found that there is a linear relationship between the compressive yieldstress and Rockwell hardness in DT-40.The service life of stamping die made of DT-40 cangreatly be lengthened.
