大倾角薄煤层综采高效回采工艺实践

摘    要:结合8241采煤工作面煤层较薄、倾角较大,而且变化频繁、不稳定等特点,通过设备选型和改进液压支架,对大倾角薄煤层综采装备及回采工艺进行实践和探讨,对大倾角支架的防倒、防滑问题提出简单、实用、可靠的解决方法,为薄煤层大倾角综采支架的性能改进提出建设性的意见,取得较好的技术经济效益。

Abstract:Based on the present situation of No.8241 working face characterized by thin coal seams, large inclined angles, frequent changes and great instability, the mining technology and fully mechanized equipment adopted in thin inclined coal seam are discussed through the selection of equipments and improvement of hydraulic pressure frame. To solve the problems of anti-toppling and anti-slip of the frame of the large inclined angle, the paper offers some simple, practical and reliable methods which are constructive to the improvement of fully mechanized bear frame used in thin inclined coal seam and greatly improves the technological and economic benefits.
