基于“融合双钻石模型”的西藏文化产业竞争力分析

在文化产业与旅游产业融合背景下,修正和补充波特的＂钻石模型＂,分析西藏文化产业竞争力的支撑要素和制约因素,提出西藏摆脱资金依赖、技术依赖的传统发展路径,实现跨越式发展文化产业的四大战略：借助旅游业为主导的＂外需牵引＂,拉动文化产业的＂内生增长＂;通过文化创意促进文化资源的资本转化,将西藏的资源优势转变为资本优势;加强文化事业建设,引领文化产业发展;政府主动培育,推动文化产业空间集聚,产生极化效应。

A Brief Analysis on Competitiveness of the Cultural Industry in Tibet Based on“Integration of the Double Diamond Model”

In the background of the integration of cultural industry and tourism industry, this article modifies andsupplements the＂Porter Diamond Model＂, and analyses supporting elements and restricting factors on the com-petitiveness of the cultural industry in Tibet. It also puts forward suggestion to get away from the traditional devel-opment path of depending on fund and technologies, but to take four great strategies to achieve great-leap-for-ward development of cultural industry： utilizing the tourism industry as the leading ＂external demand traction todevelop the culture industrious＂endogenous growth＂; promoting the transformation of Tibet＇s advantages in re-source o capital through cultural creativity; strengthening cultural undertakings so as to develop cultural indus-try; the government actively cultivating and promoting cultural industrious spatial agglomeration to have polariza-tion effects.
