论道教身心观的文化特质及其现代意义

摘    要:由道教的形神观与性命观来看,道教身心观既是哲学式的,也是医学式。修道始于净化身心,再通过形神并重或性命双修,使身心达到自然和谐健康的状态。道教不仅将个体的生命融于宇宙自然之中,而且将复归清静自然之道作为修道的终极目标,由此而提升了生命的意义与价值。

Abstract:In this paper,in discussing the xingshengguan and the xingmingguan of the Taoism,we find out that the shengxingguan of the Daoism is both philosophical and medical.The practicing of Taoism begins with the purification of one's body and mind,with an equal emphasis on the cultivation of xingshen and xingmin,then leads one into the natural,harmonic state of body and mind.The Taoism not only integrates the individual being into the nature of the universe but also considers returning to the quiet and nature as the ultimate goal of practicing Taoism,thereby strengthening the value of life.
