手机出版活动中的著作权保护

手机出版作为一种全新的出版业态，具有传播与更新速度快、信息量大、出版环节少、价格便宜等特点，因此应用前景广阔。但是却给著作权保护带来难题：即出版主体不明确、出版监管难度大、数字版权保护技术尚不成熟。为此，本文提出了手机出版中著作权保护措施：1．完善互联网出版的相关立法；2．积极推行数字版权自愿登记制度；3．建立著作权集体管理组织；4．加强权利人的自我保护意识。

As a new publishing format , mobile phone publication has characteristics with high - speed spread and renewal, large amount of information, few links of publication and cheap cost. so application of mobile phone publication has broad prospects. However, it will bring about problems to the copyright protection： the uncertainty of publication main, the difficulity of publication monitoring and immaturity of digital copyright protection technology. To that end, this paper give the copyright protection measures in mobile phone publishing activities ： 1, To improve relevant legislation on the Internet publication ; 2, To actively promote the voluntary registration system for digital rights ; 3, To establish collective management organizations of copyright ; 4, To strengthen self - protection consciousness of obligee.
