| 摘 要： | 目的探讨新生儿窒息发生的相关因素，提出干预措施。方法对2004年1月至2007年12月在我院出生的150例新生儿窒息的相关因素进行回顾性分析。结果新生儿窒息为母体高危因素、胎儿高危因素及分娩高危因素引起。结论提高产科质量，加强对高危孕妇管理及产前产时监护，适时正确选择分娩方式，是降低新生儿窒息和病死率的关键措施。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the related factors of apnoea neonatorum and find the precautionary measures of apnoea neonatorum.Methods: Retrospective study was used to analyze the related factors of 150 apnoea neonatorum from Jan 2004 to dec 2007.Results: The high risks of mother,fetus and accouchement were the main causes of neonatal asphyxia.Conclusion: To improve quality of obstetrics,strengthen the management of high risk gravida and choose the way of delivery correctly are the key measures to reduce the rate of neonatal asphyxia and case fatality. |
