| Abstract: | A slice mode technique is developed for the dynamic analysis of hollow arcq dams. It is simple and easy to carry out. It greatly saves the computational effort whi1e ensures sufficient accuracy. Finally, the earthquake resistant behavior of au actual hollow arch dam has been studied thoroughly by this method. |
