高校合理计量科学研究工作量问题的探讨

摘    要:教学与科学研究是相互促进、相辅相承的.教师队伍的科研能力与水平反映了学校的整体水平.在对教师的考核中,兼顾教学和科研两方面进行综合评价,是十分重要的课题.本文在教师的教学与科研工作之间建立起量的对应关系,在教师考核工作中,使教学与科研能力及水平有一个客观的综合评价,进而激发、调动教师教学和科研的积极性,加速师资队伍建设及人才的培养.

Abstract:Teaching and scientific reasearch are mutually promotive and complement al each other.The scientific reaearch ability and level of the teachers reflect the overall level of a university. It is extremely important to have a comprehensive evaluation of both teaching and scientific research in the assessment of teachers. This essay intends to establish a quantity corresponding relation between teaching work and scientific research of a teacher. It aims at offering an objective comprehensive evaluation system concerning both teaching quality and scientific research ability and level. Therefore,the initiative of teachers in teaching and scientific research will be encouraged and brought into full play,and the improvement of teaching contingent and the training of talents will be speeded up.
