| 摘 要： | 天然气是一种重要的清洁能源。发展天然气工业将有利于调整能源结构，更好地实现经济可持续发展。但是随着我国市场经济的进一步发展，我国天然气产业规制在各个方面已显示出不适应经济发展的迹象。本文通过对天然气产业规制的现状及存在的不足，鉴于国外天然气产业规制的经验，同时结合我国自身的一些特点，对我国天然气产业的规制提出一些政策建议。
