摘    要:
本文对核电压力壳材料SA508-1a钢断裂韧性kIC的Weibull分布及对数正态分布的参数给出了四种不同的估计方法,并通过кодмогров检验和极大拟然比进行优选,确定该材料KIC的概率分布.最后求出该KIC转变曲线95%、99%可靠性的分布带,为该材料的可靠性研究提供了理论依据和实际参数.

Abstract:
This paper has been presented four different kinds of estimate methods for the Weibull distribution and parameter of logarithmic normal distribution of the material of nuclear power,s pressure casing--SA508-1a steel fracture toughness KIc' Meanwhile optimization has been done by means of test and maximum likelihood ratio and the KIC's distribution of material has been decided. Finally the distribution band of 95 percent and 99 percent have been obtained. It has furnished the theoretical evidence and practical parameter for studying reliability of the material.
