| 摘 要： | 由于受研究生供需关系变化、就业市场的不健全、研究生自身择业观、心态、定位不明确、就业期望值过高等因素的影响。研究生就业压力不断加大，本文在分析研究生就业陷入困境的原因的基础上，提出了缓解研究生就业困境问题的对策。
