| Abstract: | Strengthen the organization culture construction, is urgent need and effective way to realize management innovation, promote the organization effect, public official the whole character and ability, and the city core competencies. It plays an important role for the organization culture to improve the organization construction of Guangzhou City and organization staff growth. This paper aim at the present condition in current organization culture construction of Guangzhou, existence of problem, and put forward a related countermeasure. |
