某斗轮式挖泥船水下泥泵吸入性能的研究与改进

摘    要:对某斗轮式挖泥船水下泥泵吸入性能进行了研究,提出了该船目前存在的缺点和不足.对刮泥板和集泥挡板进行了改造设计,并对改进前后的体积增加量进行了计算对比.同时对水下泥泵装置的吸泥管管口接头结构进行了改进,并对改进前后的结构进行了阻力计算与比较.改造后挖泥浓度有了很大提高,有效吸泥区增加了10°左右,局部阻力损失减小了55.2%-88%,大大地提高了工作效率,而且对工况适应性更强.

Abstract:The shortcomings of a submerged dredge pump for wheel dredge boat are pointed out based on a research of its suction capacity. For the fender and the mud-guard, a modified design is given; and the increment in volume is calculated and compared. At the same time the suction pipe joint structure of the submerged dredge pump devices is improved; and the resistance is calculated and compared. After technical modification, the concentration of dredging is improved; the effective suction area is increased about 10 degree; the resistance loss is reduced to 55.2%--88%; the efficiency and adaptability to the conditions are greatly improved.
