膨胀石墨与炭黑协同补强天然橡胶复合材料的性能研究

摘    要:采用强氧化法制备插层石墨(GIC),用微波辐射处理插层石墨制备膨胀石墨(EG)。结果表明,膨胀石墨表面较天然鳞片石墨粗糙,内部空隙增大,结构疏松;且表面有机官能团增多,结晶度下降。用机械共混法制备膨胀石墨/炭黑/天然橡胶复合材料,添加膨胀石墨后,填料在复合材料中分散性改善,复合材料的100%、300%定伸强度明显提升,Payne效应减弱,加工性能提升;但复合材料动态损耗因子增大,滞后效应明显。

Abstract:Preparation of graphite intercalation compound by oxidation method, expanded graphite were prepared by using microwave radiation treatment of intercalation graphite. The results show that the surface of expanded graphite is more rough than nature flake graphite, the internal space of expanded graphite is enlarged, the structure loose and organic functional groups increases and crystallinity decreases. Preparation of expanded graphite/carbon black/natural rubber composites by mechanical mixing method. Addition of expanged graphite, the dispersion of filler in composites is improved, the composites stretching strength of 100% and 300% increases significantly .The Payne effect of composites weakened and the processing performance increases. But the loss factor of composites increases, hysteresis effect is also obvious.
