摘    要:本文系统地研究了短幅内摆线型单螺杆式水力机械的平面啮合和空间啮合理论,推导了螺杆和衬套的曲面方程,讨论了其啮合特征,对螺杆-衬套副的密封原理也进行了分析。本文所得的结论对于该型单螺杆式水力机械的设计计算和加工制造,都具有一定的指导作用。

Abstract:This paper systematically studies the plane and space engagement theory of the single-screw hydraulic machinery with hypotrochoid profile. The equations of the curved surface in rotor and sleeve are developed. The engaging characteristics of the rotor and sleeve pair are discussed and the sealing mechanism of them is analyzed.The conclusions reached in this paper will beuseful for design and manufacture of such a single-screw hydrautie machinery.
