摘    要:本文提出了应用高速薄层色谱扫描法分离和测定3,5-diBr-PADAB有效成分的方法。以环已 烷一苯一吡啶一正丁醇(50:35:15:3)作为展开剂体系在硅胶G薄层板上分离和提纯3,5-diBr- PADAB是令人满意的,为某些含有卤代吡啶类型的偶氮试剂的合成条件选择和控制以及产品鉴 定提供了依据。

Abstract:A high-speed TLC scanning method has been employed for the separation and quantitative determination of the effective component of 3,5-diBr-PADAB It proves satisfactory that 3,5-diBr-PADAB can be separated and purified on TLC-plates of silica gel G with cyclohexane-benzene-pyridine-n-butyl alcohol (50:35:15:3)as developable system.This provides a basis for the identification of the product, and the control and selection of conditions for synthesis of some azo reagents containing halogen-substituted pyridine.
