混凝土厚壁箱形墩温度场观测与数值模拟

摘    要:在现场实测温度资料的基础上,分析了某混凝土厚壁箱形墩在日照温差作用下的温度分布,并参照国内外规范及经验公式,用指数函数形式拟合出了最大温差时刻的温度梯度模式,分析结果对研究贵州地区混凝土墩柱结构的温度分布规律及同类型桥梁的设计和施工有一定的参考价值.采用有限元程序ANSYS对箱墩温度场进行了数值模拟分析,其理论计算结果与实测值吻合较好,从而证明了用ANSYS模拟温度场的可行性.该方法同样适用于同类型混凝土结构的温度场模拟.

Abstract:Temperature distribution of one thick concrete box pier under solar radiation is analyzed based on the determined temperature. A mode of temperature gradient with maximal temperature difference is fitted with the exponential function referred to some criteria and formula, and it is significant for studying the law of temperaturt distribution of concrete pier in Guizhou,the design and construction of the same type bridges. Temperature field of box pier is simulated with the finite element program ANSYS. Theoretical results show good agreement with the observations, which means that simulating temperature field with ANSYS is feasible. This way is also suitable to simulate the temperature field of the same type structure of concrete.
