透射光的等厚干涉及条纹分析

摘    要:介绍一种观察透射光等厚干涉的新方法 ,该方法丰富了等厚干涉的内容 .利用光的干涉理论 ,计算了不同薄膜界面反射率 (光强反射率 <0 .5 )对应的干涉条纹光强分布 .实验中通过镀膜增加玻璃板的反射率 ,提高了条纹的可见度 .并将透射光的条纹与反射光的条纹进行了比较和分析

Abstract:A new method of observing equal-thickness interference of transmitted light is introduced,and it will enrich the equal-thickness interference.By interference theory of light,the intensity distribution of interference fringes is obtained under the condition of R<0.5.The fringe visibility is improved by means of coated glass in the experiment. Besides,the fringes of transmitted light are compared with the ones of reflected light.
